Individual Organisation Agreement

By downloading the ViCTOR program and its associated content acknowledges the following:

The ViCTOR charts and all associated assessment and instructional guides remain the Intellectual property of the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Victoria.
The ViCTOR charts are intended to be used in conjunction with your organisation’s site specific escalation of care procedures which MUST be developed prior to ViCTOR implementation.
The ViCTOR charts cannot be graphically changed or adapted in anyway.
The ViCTOR charts make up one element of the processes to recognise and respond of the deteriorating patient and are to be used in conjunction with other National Standard elements e.g. Education and Basic Life Support
Education and Implementation of ViCTOR remain the sole responsibility of your organisation.
Minimum training in the use of ViCTOR can be obtained through the ViCTOR instructional videos. ViCTOR should not be used by clinicians who have not watched this.
We, (the agreeing organisation) , will not distribute any of the ViCTOR files, guidelines and any associated materials to any non-affiliated organisation.
